The Boston Housing Authority (the “Owner” or “BHA”), is requesting proposals for Construction Management at Risk Services for Mechanical and Envelope Upgrades at Franklin Field Apartments.  Firms which have submitted Statements of Qualification in response to the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) issued by BHA and have been selected as qualified may submit proposals for services to be performed on the site.  BHA intends to award a Construction Manager at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for the above referenced project. Construction under this project is anticipated to be subject to a Project Labor Agreement.

The Boston Housing Authority on behalf of the City of Boston is accepting applications for up to $5 million of City of Boston Vouchers in order to assist in maintaining deeply affordable housing within the City of Boston.  Applications will be received at BHA’s Procurement Department, 52 Chauncy Street, 6^th Floor, Boston, MA 02111.  Developer Applicants are advised this RFA does not entail the disposition of BHA or City-owned real property.  Complete details, qualification, and submission requirements can be found in the RFA.  Applications will be received on a rolling basis.  Questions or requests for modifications regarding this RFA will be accepted in writing only, and must be submitted by mail to the Chief Procurement Officer at the address above, or by email at bids@bostonhousing.org.  Award of individual contracts are subject to City of Boston funding and approval.  The BHA reserves the right to reject any applications and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
