IFB # 2208-02 Construction of ButterflyMX Smart Intercom System at Four (4) Federal Developments
The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) invites sealed bids for Construction of ButterflyMX Smart Intercom System at Four (4) Federal Developments, BHA Job # 2208-02.
The four (4) federal developments are
Ausonia Development at 185 Fulton Street, North End, Boston, MA 02109;
St. Botolph Development at 70 St. Botolph Street, Back Bay, Boston, MA 02116;
Bellflower Development at 24 Bellflower Street, Dorchester, MA 02135; and
Roslyn Development at 1 Cliffmont Street, Roslindale, MA 02131.
The work is estimated at $50,000.00. Bids will be received and publicly opened at the BHA's Procurement Department, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th floor, Boston, MA, 02111. If bidders are to hand-deliver bids, please drop off bids at the Bids/Proposals Drop-Off Box in the lobby of 56 Chauncy Street.
Bids not received by the following times will be rejected:

The general bid must include: a 5% bid deposit by a bid bond, cash, certified, treasurer’s, or cashier's check. The successful bidder must furnish 50% Payment Bonds. All bids are subject to MGL c. 30, sec. 39M. Wages are subject to minimum wage rates set by the US Department of Labor. All general bidders must follow the BHA's Minority and Women Participation Provision and Resident Employment Provision.

All bidders should attend the site visit on May 8, 2024 starting at 8:30 AM at Ausonia Development located at 185 Fulton Street, North End, Boston, MA 02109. The BHA reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all general bids, if it be in the public interest to do so.
