The Procurement Department

The Procurement Department conducts public bids for all goods, services and construction related purchases. The department also processes and monitors Boston Housing Authority’s site-based purchasing system. This system allows each housing development to procure its own small purchase goods and services via purchase order.

Vendors interested in picking up public bid packages may do so during office hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) on the 6th floor of BHA’s main office in Downtown Crossing, 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, MA 02111.

Some bids are available by email. Bids via email are specified in the solicitation notice. All bids are opened in the Procurement Department.
