RFP #2486-01 RESIDENT SERVICE COORDINATION AT LOWER MILLS
The Lower Mills Housing Corporation (the "LMHC") is seeking proposals from individuals or firms (the “Proposer” or “Proposers”) for resident services coordination, under the direction of the Deputy Administrator for Programs and Advancement or his or her designee(s). The Lower Mills Housing Corporation is a non-profit corporation organized and existing under Chapter 180 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and an instrumentality of the Boston Housing Authority, a public body politic and corporate organized and existing pursuant to Chapter 121B of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Chapter 88 of the Acts of 1989, with a central office located at 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02111 (the "BHA" or "Local Public Agency").
Proposers responding to this RFP shall submit one original and four (4) copies of their proposal to: Joel Wool, Deputy Administrator, Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111, no later than 2:00 P.M. on Friday November 13 ,2026, by mail or hand delivery. In addition to the five (5) hard copies of the proposal, Proposers shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their non-price proposal on CD-R, or DVD-R media or on a nonreturnable USB flash drive. This submission should be in a single file Adobe Acrobat PDF format although Microsoft Office file formats (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) are also acceptable.

A Pre-proposal Conference will be held on Friday November 6, 2026 at 2:00 P.M.at 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, Massachusetts, on the 11th Floor. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is strongly recommended. Upon reasonable notice to all Proposers, the LMHC reserves the right to change the date and time of a Pre-Proposal Conference; require additional Pre-Proposal Conferences; cancel a Pre-Proposal Conference and/or re-classify a Pre-Proposal as either a mandatory or non-mandatory RFP requirement.
