RFP # 2432-01 Comprehensive Elevator Modernization Study

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking services of a qualified vertical transportation consultant firm, headed by a Licensed Elevator Engineer or Licensed Elevator Inspector, to conduct a comprehensive vertical transportation equipment audit across its federal portfolio, Asset Management properties and its Administrative offices. This work will be funded by a mix of Capital, Section 8 and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds.
 
Proposers responding to this RFP are required to submit three (3) copies of the Proposal and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal on CD-R, or DVD-R media or on a non-returnable USB flash drive in a single file Adobe Acrobat PDF format by 2:00 pm on Friday, August 14, 2026 to:
