RFP #2425-01 Package Locker at BHA Sites

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) on behalf of itself and affiliated entities, Heritage Housing Corporation, and Lower Mills Housing Corporation, seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide, install, operate, and maintain locker storage systems at BHA public housing and BHA owned sites across the City of Boston.

Proposers shall submit their proposals to: BHA Contract Office, Ben Liang, Director of Procurement, Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111, on or before 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 10, 2026 by mail or hand delivery.

A pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be conducted on Thursday October 29 10:00 a.m. beginning at the Management Office at West Broadway in South Boston (81 Orton Marotta Way). Although attendance is not required, it is strongly recommended as attendees will have an opportunity to observe typical site conditions and discuss the project. Applicants may not visit the developments except at the scheduled site visit.
