RFP #2378-01 CONSTABLE SERVICES

The Boston Housing Authority (the "BHA," "Local Public Agency," or "Authority") is seeking proposals for constable services with respect to the service of legal process and the levy on execution of judgment, under the direction of the BHA General Counsel or his designee(s). The BHA is a public housing authority authorized under state law and funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") and the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities ("EOHLC"). 

Proposers responding to this RFP are required to submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of their proposal and shall provide one (1) electronic copy of the non-fee portion of their proposal on CD-R or DVD-R media, or USB flash stick. This submission should be in a single file Adobe PDF format, although Microsoft Office file formats (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) are also acceptable.

Proposers shall submit their proposals to: BHA Contract Office, Ben Liang, Director of Procurement, at the Boston Housing Authority at 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 by mail or hand delivery. Each proposal must be in a sealed envelope marked with the Proposer's name, address, telephone number, and BHA Job Number.
