IFB # 2430-01 Solid Waste Container Rental and Disposal Services for a one-year period

Procurement Department of the Boston Housing Authority invites sealed bids to provide Solid Waste Container Rental and Disposal Services for a one-year period.  Bids will be received until March 16, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the Boston Housing Authority, Procurement Department, 6th floor, 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, MA 02111 at which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.  If bidders are to hand-deliver bids, please drop off bids at the Bids/Proposals Drop-Off Box in the lobby of 52 Chauncy Street.

All inquiries regarding this bid shall be directed to the Procurement Department bids@bostonhousing.org by March 9, 2026.  Bids will be subject to approval and award by the Executive Committee of the Boston Housing Authority.  Bids will be irrevocable for a period of 60 days from the date of bid opening.  The Boston Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality.
