AE RFP # 2477-01 Fire Pump Improvement at Various Public Housing Sites

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking services of a qualified consultant firm headed by a Fire Protection Engineer or Professional Engineer (P.E.) to provide evaluation, design and construction administration services for Fire Pump evaluation and replacement located at 3 developments in the Roxbury, Dorchester and Brighton neighborhoods of Boston, Massachusetts. The estimated project construction cost is $750,000 which excludes a construction contingency. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will fund the cost of this work. 
 
Proposers responding to this RFP are required to submit three (3) copies of the Proposal and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal on CD-R, or DVD-R media or on a non-returnable USB flash drive in a single file Adobe Acrobat PDF format by 2:00 pm on November 6, 2026 to:
