Smart from the Start

Smart from the Start provides family support, community engagement, and school readiness to empower low-income families with young children up to five years old.

This program is available to public housing and Section 8 residents in Charlestown, Roslindale, Mattapan, Dorchester, Jamaica Plain, Lower Roxbury, South Boston, and the South End, and is available on-site for residents at Gallivan, Ruth Barkley, and Mary-Ellen McCormack.
