ABOUT THE JOB: 
Under the supervision of the Director and/or Assistant Director of Capital Construction Department, the Project Manager acts as the owner's representative in small and large ($1 $15 million) capital improvement projects. The Project Manager is responsible for assessing scope of project, planning architectural and engineering contracts as well as managing construction contracts. Projects are to be completed within schedule and budget while monitoring the highest level of design and construction quality possible.
Looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or Construction Management and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Massachusetts construction regulations (especially Chapter 149 regulation) and generally accepted construction and trade practices is a necessity.

ABOUT THE JOB: Under the direct supervision of the Chief or designee of Police, the police investigator will be responsible for investigating, reporting and recommending action to resolve specific Public Safety issues and problems.

ABOUT THE JOB: 
Under the general direction of the Chief Procurement Officer, the Bid & Contract Administrator will coordinate and perform functions necessary to implement a publicly bid contract from the inception of the bidding process through formal contract execution or prepare purchase orders when required materials do not require public bid. Responsible for researching material requirements, inventory analysis, and coordinating with the Contract Unit to review and edit prepared documents to assemble a bidding package appropriate to the intended procurement; answer inquiries for bids. Prepares and compiles required documents to recommend contract award for submission to the BHA Executive Committee. Maintains inventory and contract records necessary for subsequent purchases of warehouse stock.
