The Pond Street development, also known as MM Collins, is a small, pretty and conveniently located garden-style development for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled residents.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.
