Welcome to St. Botolph Apartments.

St. Botolph is a warm, welcoming community that offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. St. Botolph offers approximately 130 efficiency and one- bedroom apartments in a eight-story, elevator-equipped building. Built in 1972, our complex is located in the heart of historic Back Bay, near many exciting shops, services and cultural attractions.

We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals, which include emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as intercoms in every apartment. We have units that are handicapped accessible and we may modify existing apartments based on Reasonable Accommodation requests.
