RFP #1551-04 Owner’s Project Manager Doris Bunte Apartments

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) services in connection with the $55-million (hard costs) modernization of BHA’s Doris Bunte Apartments (the “Project”).  

Inquiries Deadline: Inquiries or requests for modification to any provision of this RFP must be submitted by 2:00 pm on Friday October 30, 2026 (the “Inquiry Deadline”) via email to bids@bostonhousing.org

Proposal Deadline: Proposers responding to this RFP shall submit one original and three (3) copies and shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their proposal on USB flash stick. This submission should be in a single file Adobe PDF format, although Microsoft Office file formats (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) are also acceptable. Proposers shall submit their proposals by mail or hand delivery to: BHA Contract Office, Ben Liang, Director of Procurement, Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy Street Boston, MA 02111 no later than 2:00 pm on Friday November 6, 2026.
