IFB # 2321-02 Park and Playground Improvements at Archdale Family Development
The Boston Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for BHA Project #2321-02, EOHLC FISH #035525 - Park and Playground Improvements at Archdale Family Development (200-07) for the Boston Housing Authority in Boston Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by GCG Associates, Inc.
The Project consists of: The project’s demolition consists of removal of existing pavement, walkways, site furnishings, concrete, fencing, walls, curbing, shrubs, grubbing and all other proposed demolition as specified within the contract documents and drawings. The project’s proposed improvements include furnishing and installing new playground equipment and surfacing, site furnishings, tables, benches, trash receptacles, grills, walkways, concrete pads, fencing, curbing, drainage improvements, landscaping improvements and all other proposed improvements as specified within the contract documents and drawings.
The work is estimated to cost $373,185 (excluding Add Alternates)
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 §39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. Technical Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted to the Boston Housing Authority AE Consultant (GCG Associates, Inc., Kevin Carter, KCarter@gcgassociates.net) by 1:00 PM, Friday, December 12, 2025. General Bids will be received until 11:00 AM, Monday, December 22, 2025 and publicly opened, forthwith.

All Bids should be delivered to: Boston Housing Authority, Procurement Department, 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, MA 02111 and received no later than the date & time specified above. If bidders are to hand deliver bids, there is a Proposals/Bids Drop-Off Box located in the 52 Chauncy Street foyer.
General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the Boston Housing Authority.
