Welcome to Eva White Apartments.
Eva White is a warm, welcoming community that offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. Eva White offers approximately 102 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in two seven-story, elevated-equipped buildings. Our complex is located in the vibrant South End community of Boston.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals, which include emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as intercoms in every apartment. We have units that are handicapped accessible and we may modify existing apartments based on Reasonable Accommodation requests.
Residents pay 30 percent of their income towards rent, prorated rent, or a predetermined flat rent.
Location
Eva White is located within the Castle Square Development in the South End. A variety of businesses and services are located nearby or within a quick ride on public transportation. Chinatown and downtown Boston are only a ten-minute walk. There are several churches in the area as well.
Health care is nearby, with South Cove Community Health Center and New England Medical Center a short distance away.

Tenant Task Force
The Tenant Task Force works hand-in-hand with the BHA, as well as with numerous public and private organizations to foster an independent lifestyle for residents while building a strong sense of community within the building.
The Tenant Task Force also encourages residents to participate directly in strengthening their community through a variety of educational, cultural, social and recreational activities.
