Wheelchair Accessible Apartments Available at Orchard Commons
The Orchard Commons Management is currently accepting applications for affordable, three-bedroom wheelchair accessible apartments. The current available three-bedroom apartment is equipped with adjusted cabinets and wide door ways and has a designated private off street parking area. Heat and hot water are included with the rent.

Available UFAS units
The Boston Housing Authority is in the process of creating more than 300 new wheelchair accessible apartments in public housing developments throughout the city.

The BHA maintains a waiting list for all of its units. Please be advised, there is no immediate housing available. There is an eligibility and screening process that must be completed before an offer of housing can be made.

* All units are equipped with a roll-under stove and sink. Bathrooms are fully wheelchair accessible and some apartments have a roll-in shower.
