Project Based and Moderate Rehabilitation Rental Assistance (Section 8): Be advised that if you are applying for the BHA’s Housing Choice Voucher
Section 8: Project-Based Voucher, Moderate Rehabilitation, or Project-Based Certificate programs, you must submit a completed Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) Priority One Self-Certification Form with the Preliminary Application. Otherwise, the Application will not be processed for those programs. Be advised that the Priority One verification must be submitted once you are contacted for the final eligibility screening process.
