Public Hearing The Annual Plan provides details about the Authority's operations in the fiscal year (April 1, 2009 – March 31, 2010). A draft of the FY 2009 Annual Plan Amendment #1 is available for public review and comment from April 23rd through May 2nd. The Amendment details the Authority’s plans to spend the American Recovery and Revitalization Act (ARRA) formula funds. A public hearing will be held at 125 Amory St. on Thursday, April 30.
