Agency Plan public hearing The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) and the Resident Advisory Board (RAB) cordially invite you to a 2nd Agency Plan Public Hearing to review and comment upon the Section 8 Homeownership Program and Capital Funding Program Amendments to the BHA FY 2001 Agency Plan. In addition the BHA will also review the following attachments to the BHA FY 2002 Agency Plan: Performance and Evaluation Reports for FFY 1997, 98, 99, & 00. The amendments to the Agency Plan include the creation of a Section 8 Homeownership Program and a change to the Capital Funding Program to reflect the Hope VI work planned at Maverick Development. The Performance and Evaluation Reports reflect how the Capital Program dollars have been obligated and spent for the years noted above.
