The Human Resources Department manages and supports the Authority's most valuable
assets - its employees. In addition to its role as advisor to management, Human
Resources administers, monitors and/or assists in the maintenance and distribution
of Authority policies and the selection and hiring of staff, maintains employee
records and administers employee benefits. Human Resources also oversees labor
relations and the management of employee performance and separation from employment,
