The MIS Department supports the Boston Housing Authority’s mission by guiding and supporting the BHA’s use of Information Technology. The MIS Department ensures that BHA staff:
  • has up-to-date technology;
  • knows how to skillfully use this technology;
  • can reliably and quickly find relevant business information;
  • can manipulate and analyze this information as needed; and
  • uses technology to continually increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations.

Social Media Websites and the BHA
