The Capital Construction Department is responsible for carrying out the capital improvements program for the BHA's family and elderly/disabled developments. The capital construction program includes the development and oversight of state (DHCD-funded) and federal (HUD-funded) capital budgets and the selection and management of consultants and contractors. The Department staff is responsible for all aspects of project management, from the planning stage through design, bidding, and construction. Capital Construction also includes an in-house construction crew, known as the Force Account, which handles selected capital construction projects.

Capital Construction main office is located on the 2nd floor at 52 Chauncy Street. We also have a second office at 125 Amory Street
