The Boston Housing Authority is seeking the services and bids of qualified contractors for the replacement of fogged insulated window glass at the Msgr. Powers Apartments located at 120 L Street, South Boston, MA 02127. The project estimate is $16,500. The term of the contract is 60 days from Notice to Proceed. Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must be received by the BHA on or before 12:00 PM on 2/29/2012. A Site Visit will be held on 2/21/2012 at 10:00 AM. All interested parties should meet at the Management office located at the above address. There is no charge for the specifications and bidding documents, which may be picked up at 52 Chauncy St – 6th Fl. Boston, MA 02111 or will be emailed on request. All inquiries regarding this bid shall be directed to the Purchasing Department via email to bids@bostonhousing.org. The BHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor informality. |
