Roslyn is a warm, welcoming community that embraces people from all walks of life. We offer a wide variety of living arrangements for low-and-moderate income elderly and disabled persons.
This six-story, elevator-equipped building has approximately 118 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Many of our apartments are equipped with special amenities specifically designed for elderly and disabled individuals, such as handicapped accessible units.
Residents pay 30 percent of their income towards rent, prorated rent, or a predetermined flat rent.

We are located at 1 Cliffmont Street in Roslindale, just off Hyde Park Avenue.Our complex is located in a tranquil area with beautiful lawns for residents to enjoy. A variety of shops and services are located in the surrounding communities of Forest Hills, Hyde Park and Roslindale. Roslyn is also close to the MBTA. There are a number of churches in the area as well. Health care is available at the Hyde Park Medical Center on Hyde Park Avenue and at Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain.

Tenant Task Force:
Roslyn is currently looking for residents to be on The Tenant Task Force. The Tenant Task Force works hand-in-hand with the BHA, as well as with numerous public and private organizations to foster an independent lifestyle for residents while building a strong sense of community within the building.
The Tenant Task Force also encourages residents to participate directly in strengthening their community though a variety of educational, cultural, social and recreational activities.
