Welcome to Rockland Towers Apartments.
Rockland Towers is a warm, welcoming community that offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. Rockland Towers offers approximately 67 studio and one-bedroom apartments in a mid-rise, four-story building. We are currently installing a second elevator for the convenience of our residents. Our complex is located in West Roxbury, on the Dedham border.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals, which include emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as intercoms in every apartment. We have units that are handicapped accessible and we may modify existing apartments based on Reasonable Accommodation requests.
Residents pay 30 percent of their income towards rent, prorated rent, or a predetermined flat rent.
Location:
Rockland Towers is located in West Roxbury, right on the Dedham border. A variety of shops and services are located in the surrounding community, including a restaurant across the street and a nearby Dunkin’ Donuts. There are a number of churches as well. Health care is available at Faulkner Hospital.

Rockland Towers employs a professional management team that promptly responds to all resident needs in a timely manner. The staff includes:

Tenant Task Force:
Rockland Towers is currently looking for residents to be on The Tenant Task Force. The Tenant Task Force works hand-in-hand with the BHA, as well as with numerous public and private organizations to foster an independent lifestyle for residents while building a strong sense of community within the building.
The Tenant Task Force also encourages residents to participate directly in strengthening their community through a variety of educational, cultural, social and recreational activities.
