Welcome to St. Botolph Apartments.
St. Botolph is a warm, welcoming community that offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. St. Botolph offers approximately 130 efficiency and one- bedroom apartments in a eight-story, elevator-equipped building. Built in 1972, our complex is located in the heart of historic Back Bay, near many exciting shops, services and cultural attractions.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals, which include emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as intercoms in every apartment. We have units that are handicapped accessible and we may modify existing apartments based on Reasonable Accommodation requests.
Residents pay 30 percent of their income towards rent, prorated rent, or a predetermined flat rent.

St. Botolph is located in the lovely Back Bay area, home to a wide variety of stores, services and cultural attractions. Within walking distance are the Prudential Center, Symphony Hall and Copley Square. There are a number of churches in the area as well. Health care is available at Boston Medical Center.

St. Botolph Tenant's Organization
The Tenant's Organization works hand-in-hand with the BHA, as well as with numerous public and private organizations to foster an independent lifestyle for residents while building a strong sense of community within the building.
The Tenant Task Force also encourages residents to participate directly in strengthening their community through a variety of educational, cultural, social and recreational activities.
