Rental Assistance Payment Standards

These numbers are only approximate and vary depending on size of building, type of utilities and other factors. A final determination of apartment eligibility will be made after the voucher holder submits a "Request for Tenancy Approval" and the BHA conducts a detailed calculation of rent, utility payments and other factors. Questions regarding the rental assistance program should be directed to staff in the Leased Housing Department.

2010 Leased Housing Payment Standards and Utility Allowance charts

The following payment standards and utility allowance amounts will become effective March 1, 2010. Until that time, BHA will continue to operate with the amounts listed above.
