Step II: Complete Application for Housing

Preliminary Applications and Development Choice Forms

In addition to filling out the appropriate application, applicants must also print out and complete the "development choice form." If you would like a member of your family or an advocate to be able to discuss your application with the BHA, please submit an "Authorization of Release Form," in accordance with the BHA's confidentiality policy.
