• Wheelchair Accessible Housing: Open to anyone who needs wheelchair accessibility.
• Family public housing: Open to anyone.
• Elderly/disabled public housing: Open to those age 60 and over and/or disabled who require no more than 2 bedrooms.
• Grandparents Housing Program: Open to those age 60 and over and/or disabled with legal custody of 1 or 2 grandchildren of the same gender.
• Tenant Based Rental assistance (Section 8): The tenant based waiting list for this program is now closed.
• Project Based and Moderate Rehabilitation Rental Assistance (Section 8): Be advised that if you are applying for the BHA’s Housing Choice Voucher Section 8: Project-Based Voucher, Moderate Rehabilitation, or Project-Based Certificate programs, you must submit a completed Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) Priority One Self-Certification Form with the Preliminary Application. Otherwise, the Application will not be processed for those programs. Be advised that the Priority One verification must be submitted once you are contacted for the final eligibility screening process.
