Conveniently located on Washington Street just outside Roslindale Square, Washington-Beech offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income individuals and families.
Washington-Beech offers 268 units with one, two, three, four, five and seven-bedroom apartments in 16 three-story buildings. Washington Beech was built in 1952 and currently houses a diverse group of families with children. A very active resident task force works to help establish and administer programs and activities for tenants. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.

Washington-Beech is located in Roslindale, near Roslindale Village, home to many banks, retail shops, post office, library, and restaurants as well as a laundromat across the street. There is also a community center in Roslindale Village that offers swimming and a number of activities for neighborhood residents. Health Care is available at Faulkner Hospital or at the Roslindale Community Health Center in Roslindale Village.
