A high rise building with many panoramic views of the city, Torre Unidad offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. Torre Unidad offers 192 studio and one-bedroom apartments in a high-rise, eighteen-story building located in the richly diverse South End community.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Some units at Torre Unidad are modified and twelve are handicapped accessible. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.

Location |
Torre Unidad is located on West Dedham Street in the historic South End community of Boston. Our complex is very close to a wide variety of stores and services. Several neighborhood markets and restaurants are in the immediate area, as well as cultural venues such as the Boston Center for the Arts. A post office is directly across from the complex.
There are a number of churches in the area as well. Health care is available at the South End Community Health Center and the New England Medical Center and Boston Medical Center are a short bus/car drive away.
