St. Botolph is a modern mid-rise apartment complex in the attractive Back Bay neighborhood, offering a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. St. Botolph offers 134 efficiency and one- bedroom apartments in a mid-rise, eight-story building. Built in 1972, our complex is located in the heart of historic Back Bay, near many exciting shops, services and cultural attractions.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Our units range from being fully equipped to modified to handicapped accessible. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.
