One of BHA's newest developments, Roslyn offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. Roslyn offers 118 one- and two-bedroom apartments in a six-story brick building. Our complex is located in a nice, quiet residential area just off Hyde Park Avenue in Roslindale.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Our units range from being fully equipped to modified to handicapped accessible. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.

Roslyn is located in Roslindale, just off of Hyde Park Avenue. Our complex is located in a secluded area with beautiful lawns for residents to enjoy. A variety of shops and services are located in the surrounding communities of Forest Hills, Hyde Park and Roslindale. There are a number of churches in the area as well. Health care is available at the Hyde Park Medical Center on Hyde Park Avenue and at Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain.
