Ashmont is a close-knit, welcoming community in Dorchester within walking distance of the Ashmont T station. Ashmont offers 54 one- and two- bedroom apartments in a unique brick garden-style environment built in the 1960s. Our sunny apartments and quiet community provide our elderly & disabled residents with a nice place to call home.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.

Ashmont Street is conveniently located just outside Peabody Square in Dorchester. A number of stores and businesses are located nearby, including a convenience and lunch shop on Adams Street and a Store 24 in Peabody Square. Health care is available at Carney Hospital.

Transportation |
Ashmont Station is a short walk from Ashmont Street. The station is served by the MBTA Red Line to Downtown Boston, the Mattapan High-Speed Line, nine MBTA bus routes and Brockton Area Transit buses.
The 20 Fields Corner-Neponset Circuit bus also serves nearby Adams Street.
