Welcome to Pond Street/M.M. Collins Apartments
Welcome to M.M. Collins Apartments. We are pleased that you are considering our community for your future home.

M.M. Collins, also known as Pond Street, is a small, welcoming community that offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. M.M. Collins offers approximately 44 one- and two-bedroom apartments in a pleasant garden-style environment. Our complex is located in Jamaica Plain close to the beautiful Jamaica Pond. We think that you will enjoy the peace and tranquility of our quiet community.

We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals, which include emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as intercoms in every apartment. We have units that are handicap accessible and we may modify existing apartments based on Reasonable Accommodation requests.

Residents pay 30 percent of their income towards rent, prorated rent, or a predetermined flat rent.

Pond Street employs a professional management team that promptly responds to all resident needs in a timely manner. The staff includes:
  • Manager
  • Management Aide
