Patricia White is a large, modern apartment complex for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons, conveniently located on Washington Street in Brighton. Patricia White offers 225 one- and two-bedroom apartments in a mid-rise, eight-story building. Built in the late 1970s, the apartment complex is located on the Brighton/Brookline line near many shops and services.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Our units range from being fully equipped to modified to handicapped accessible. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.
