Welcome to Pasciucco Apartments. We are pleased that you are considering our community for your future home.
Pasciucco is a warm, welcoming community that offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. Pasciucco offers approximately 91 efficiency and one-bedroom apartments in a six-story, elevator-equipped building. Built in 1974, the apartment complex is located in Dorchester near the historic Meeting House Hill.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals, which include emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as intercoms in every apartment. We have units that are handicap accessible and we may modify existing apartments based on Reasonable Accommodation requests.
Residents pay 30 percent of their income towards rent, prorated rent, or a predetermined flat rent.
Pasciucco employs a professional management team that promptly responds to all resident needs in a timely manner. The staff includes:
- Manager
- Management Aide
- Resident Service Coordinator
- Resident Custodians
The BHA’s Elderly and Disabled Resident Service Coordinators have been trained to:
- perform need assessments and
make appropriate referrals for
services
- access services to enhance tenancy and independent life
- coordinate services for home
bound frail elderly/disabled
- help residents to access services
that enhance quality of life
- assist in crisis intervention with tenants at risk
- advocate and liaison with
management, family, health providers and community agencies.

Location |
Pasciucco is located in Dorchester with many shops, restaurants and services available in the surrounding community. There are a number of churches in the surrounding community. Health care is available at the Bowdoin Street Health Center.
Public transportation via bus service is available directly in front of the building. Buses run to the Ashmont and Ruggles MBTA stations on the Red and Orange lines.
THE RIDE, a door-to-door transportation service provided by the MBTA, is available by appointment for persons with disabilities.
Also, a city-operated Senior Shuttle is available by appointment for residents to go to doctor’s appointments and grocery shopping.
