Orient Heights is an active family community offering a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income individuals and families, as well as for handicapped and disabled individuals. Some of our units are two-story brick townhouses, containing two and three bedroom units with very large basements. Renovations completed in the early 1990s created several additional one to five-bedroom apartments. Rents are calculated at 32% of a resident’s income.

Orient Heights is located in East Boston, with addresses at three levels/locations. The complex is convenient to Logan Airport. A short ride away is Central Square where there are a supermarket, pharmacy, banks, schools, churches and restaurants. Health care is available at the nearby Winthrop Health Center.
