Malone

Welcome to Joseph Malone
11 Gordon Avenue, Hyde Park
Joseph Malone offers suburban-like living arrangements just around the corner from the active city neighborhood of Cleary Square in Hyde Park. Joseph Malone offers 104 one-bedroom apartments for low-and moderate-income elderly and disabled residents in a unique garden-style environment. We are a close-knit community - many of our residents have lived here since Malone opened in the early 1980s. We think that you will enjoy our cozy, pleasant community.

We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Our units range from being fully equipped to modified to handicapped accessible. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.

Location
Joseph Malone is located in Hyde Park, in a pleasant residential area comprised mostly of single-family homes. The complex is only a five-minute walk to the busy shopping area of Cleary Square, which has many stores, restaurants, businesses and services. Star Market is less than one-half mile away. There are churches of many different denominations near Cleary Square.

Health care is available at Faulkner and Carney hospitals; both are within a few miles of Malone.
