Holgate is a close-knit, welcoming community overlooking Franklin Park offering apartments for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. Holgate offers 80 one- bedroom apartments in a mid-rise, six-story building. Our complex is ideally located in a residential neighborhood with scenic views of Franklin Park. Built in the 1960s, Holgate has maintained close ties with the surrounding community, especially area churches. Through its many partnerships, Holgate offers many interesting activities and services to residents.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.

Holgate is located in Dorchester, on the corner of Seaver Street and Elm Hill Avenue, overlooking beautiful Franklin Park. A variety of shops and restaurants are located in the surrounding community. There are many churches in the area as well.
