Highland Park is a small, welcoming community that offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income individuals and families. Highland Park offers 26 two and three bedroom apartments which were renovated in 1983. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.

Highland Park is located in the historic Highland Park section of Roxbury. There are several churches, elementary schools, and high schools located nearby. Roxbury Community College and the Reggie Lewis Track and Field Center are in the area as well. Health care is available nearby at Dimock Community Health Center, Martha Eliot Health Center and the Whittier Health Stop, and can be accessed by the Roxbury Crossing Station. Beth Israel, Brigham & Women’s and New England Baptist hospitals are a short bus/car ride away.
