Annapolis is a small, garden-style apartment complex that offers housing for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. Annapolis offers 56 one- and two- bedroom apartments. Built in 1962, our sunlit apartments have nice hardwood floors and ceramic tiled bathrooms.
We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals, including a handicapped accessible community room. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.

Annapolis is located near Upham's Corner in Dorchester, with many stores and businesses conveniently located nearby. Health care is available at the Uphams Corner Health Center.

Transportation |
Upham's Corner is served by the 15 Ruggles-Kane Square, 16 Andrew-Forest Hills, 17 Andrew-Fields Corner, and 41 Jamaica Plain-JFK/UMass buses. The 16 provides service to the South Bay shopping center.
The Fairmount Commuter Rail line also provides direct rush-hour service to South Station from the Upham's Corner station on Dudley Street.
