Hampton House

Welcome to Hampton House
155 Northampton Street, Roxbury
Hampton House is a modern apartment building that offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. Hampton House offers 77 efficiency and one-bedroom apartments in a mid-rise, eight-story building built in 1973. The lobby, community room, kitchen and common hallways were recently renovated with new carpeting, paint, and furniture. Hampton House is known as one of the “Three Sisters” which also includes Washington Manor and Frederick Douglass, so named because they are identical in design and structure.

We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Our units range from being fully equipped to modified to handicapped accessible. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.
