Franklin Hill, in the Franklin Field neighborhood of Dorchester, offers a variety of living arrangements for low- and moderate-income individuals and families. Franklin Hill offers 364 units, ranging from one to five-bedroom apartments. The complex, consisting of nine three-story buildings, was built in 1952. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.
