The Procurement Department is primarily responsible for all of the Boston Housing Authority’s purchasing activities. The Procurement Department processes and monitors the Authority’s Site Based purchasing system. This system allows each BHA Housing Development to procure their own small purchase goods and services via purchase order.
The Procurement Department also conducts public bids for all BHA Goods, Service and Construction related purchases. Vendors interested in picking up bid packages can call the number below. All bids are opened in the Procurement Department.
We are located in the BHA’s main office at Downtown Crossing, 52 Chauncy Street – 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
