The MIS Department supports the Boston Housing Authority’s mission by guiding and supporting the BHA’s use of Information Technology. The MIS Department ensures that BHA staff:
- has up-to-date technology;
- knows how to skillfully use this technology;
- can reliably and quickly find relevant business information;
- can manipulate and analyze this information as needed; and
- uses technology to continually increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations.
