The Department of Real Estate Development is responsible for the BHA’s redevelopment and leveraged financing programs, including HOPE VI projects. The Department staff is responsible for project management, urban planning and design, real estate finance, and oversight of developers, consultants, and contractors. Real Estate Development is located on the 8th floor at 52 Chauncy St.
