No Trespassing Policy Revision
The Boston Housing Authority is proposing a revision to its long standing No Trespass Policy. The new policy will be available for public comment for 30 days, from March 12, 2007 to the close of business on April 11, 2007.

These changes to the policy, if adopted, would allow for an internal BHA review after the issuance of a No Trespass Order. This would provide an opportunity to persons receiving a No Trespass Order to seek a reconsideration of the appropriateness of the issuance of the Order. The Chief of the BHA Police would conduct the review when requested. In addition, the BHA is providing a similar opportunity on or after the fifth anniversary of the date of issuance of an Order.

Comments should be sent in writing to Stephen Melia, Chief of Police, Boston Housing Authority, 129 Amory Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02119 or by email at Stephen.melia@bostonhousing.org by 5 p.m. on April 11, 2007
