The Boston Housing Authority is seeking quotes from contractors for the addition of stair guardrails in two stair halls located at the Cathedral Development. The project estimate is $18,000. The term of the contract is 120 days. Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must be received by the BHA on or before 12:00 noon on 5/21/2008. A Site Visit will be held on 5/14/2008 at 2:00 PM. All interested parties should meet at the Management office located at 1462, 1462A Washington Street South End Boston, MA 02118. There is no charge for the specifications and bidding documents, which may be picked up at the above address or will be emailed on request. A 50% Payment Bond will be required. All inquiries regarding this bid shall be directed to the Purchasing Department via email to bids@bostonhousing.org. The BHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor informality.
